I see the step 1 & 2 grinders for the Park Pro-edge, what are the part#'s for step 3,4 and 5? Thanks

Position       Item #
    3              FP-3
    4              FP-4
    5              FP-5

We use a pro edge 2 for all straight polishing. We really like the alpha hard resin pads for polishing straight runs and seams. It is very hard to get these pads now and we are considering switching to terminator pads. We prefer a 4". Do you recommend any pad in particular? We have always liked the terminator products and hope to do business again in the near future. Thanks Andy Ottobre

Andy,

For flat edge/seam clean for the pro edge we recommend using first the Terminator Zoom Cup Wheels for Flats followed up by the Terminator Rigid Snail Lock Polishers (see links below).

http://www.continentaldia.com/c-116-terminator-rigid-snail-lock-polishers.aspx

The cup wheels are great for removing saw marks and truing up the stone while the rigid polishers give a nice flat even polish. Please give us call if you have any other further questions.

Best Regards.

Will one of your diamond drill bits core a hole through china/porcelin cups and saucers. Some success using drill bit from Lowes/Home Depot, but they won't go through certain ones. Must be a harder density material.

Yes just be sure to use plenty of water, you can burn bits real quick on porcelain. The ones I would recommend are the Art. series, links are below.

Dear Sir, I need polishing pads for my park single head Pro-egde 3 polisher I need tooling to do Full round edges/half round edges and flat edges for Full Round and half/round edges I need Diamond toolings as well the attachment in Snail Lock. Hi Mark,

Below I have attached a link for our Terminator 5 Step System products, this system will work for all radius type or radius to flat edges.

http://www.continentaldia.com/c-91-terminator-5-step-system.aspx

When doing radius edges the surface of the tooling tends to de-shape meaning the surface of the tool doesn't remain truely flat. So to get the best finish on flat edges we recommend separate tooling solely for flat polishing, I have attached the following links for those tools:

http://www.continentaldia.com/c-114-terminator-zoom-cup-wheels-for-flat-polish.aspx

http://www.continentaldia.com/c-116-terminator-rigid-snail-lock-polishers.aspx

Take a look and if you have any further questions please give us a call 800-595-1237.

Thanks for the question.

Best regards.

Is the CRBP410 blade for regular "Target" wet saws?
Submitted By: Sam Fleming  04/22/2009 05:23 AM

Yes they are made for tile saws. One thing to check is the arbor fitting on your saw, in the 10"  there are two different arbor choices; either a diamond knockout to 5/8" arbor (Item code CRBP410) or a 30mm to 1" arbor (Item code CRBP410/1A).

Best,

Seb

i have slabs of marble with a high content of iron , the terminator marble blade glazez over and runs real slow , is there a blade that would work better to get the cutting speeds back up ?
Submitted By: steven wright  09/18/2009 12:41 PM

I would suggest either the Terminator Zoom16 or Zoom25. However being that the material contains a lot of iron you don't want to push the blade too hard, and be sure there is plenty of water directed at the cutting area.

What is the speed and rpm for this tool
Submitted By: Mark Eudy  04/22/2009 09:57 PM

CW100: Terminator CNC Gauging/Stubbing Wheel

RPM: 4500-5000

Feed Rate: Depending on the material and how much you are removing it varies. Generally at a 1/16" removal the feed is between 30-40in/min.

*Important to note that only half the diameter (2") of the tool should be working at given time. If you try and run the full 4" of the tool it will bog down and not work properly.

Best,

Seb

Will the router bits Terminator Xtreme Ogee 3/4" (2CM) Pos. 1 & 2 fit a Master 3000? As will any of the other Terminator router bits?
Submitted By: Debra  05/29/2009 09:05 AM

Yes all our router bits come with both a M8 and M10 bolt. Generally speaking the standard bolt size on most routers is M10 which I believe the Master is.
