Return Policy:

• Return Material Authorization # (RMA#) is required for all product returns.  An RMA# can be obtained by calling Continental D.I.A. Diamond Products directly or by contacting the salesperson in your area. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#.
• Once an item is received and inspected a 15% restock fee will be applied to all returned goods (non-defective products)
• All returns must be in original condition and shipped back in original, unopened packaging in order to receive credit
• No returns authorized after 30 days from date of purchase
• All claims of shortages (missing items) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
• In regards to special order items no returns will be authorized
• Customers must pay shipping charges on all returns. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), Continental D.I.A. Diamond Products will issue a refund on shipping charges if it is proven that there was a shipping error or the product was defective.

Back Order Policy:

• We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will ship out the in stock items and hold the back ordered item until it is available.

Shipping Policy:

• We pride ourselves on being able to process most orders the same day they are received. 
• Orders are shipped by UPS Ground. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes so you must list a valid street address with your order. 
• We also provide free ground shipping on orders of $250.00 or more throughout the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico)
   
• Other shipping methods are available such as UPS Next-Day, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select and UPS Global/International delivery. You pay shipping costs for these methods, which are based on the weight and destination. Simply enter your order online and you will be presented with all shipping options that we can do so you can choose between price and speed of delivery. By indicating a special delivery method, you are giving us authorization to charge you for this service.
• UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. 
• To be processed the same day Next Day orders must be placed no later than 1:00pm PST
